What does therapy cost?

Initial session (80 minutes) is $180
The cost for each following 50 minute session is $130                                        

What payment methods do you accept?

Payment is required at the start of each visit in the form of credit card or e-transfer. Receipts for the session will be provided.

Are your services covered by my insurance?

My services as a Registered Psychotherapist are covered or partly covered by most health plans, however I suggest checking with your provider to know for sure. I do not provide direct billing services. The receipt I provide upon payment can be submitted to your insurer for reimbursement.

What is teletherapy?

Teletherapy refers to therapy that is provided virtually, via a secure video connection. This allows you to access support from the comfort and convenience of your own home.

What can I expect at the first appointment?

Your first session will be different from future sessions. It is an opportunity for us to get to know each other, and to develop a plan of action. In our initial session I will review our consent form, which outlines your right to refuse treatment, policies and procedures, and client expectations. I will ask a number of questions in an effort to understand what you have experienced, and identify what goals you would like to work on.
